This yoga inspired class seeks to offer an inclusive environment where participants of all ability levels are able to experience and engage in yoga.
The instructor brings a holistic approach which supports participants mental and physical health.  Come learn how movement impacts mood and learn stretches which promote rest and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (Some yoga mats provided).
