This yoga inspired class seeks to offer an inclusive environment where participants of all ability levels are able to experience and engage. Jenn brings a holsitic approach which supports participants mental and physical health. Come learn how movement impacts mood and learn stretches which promote rest and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Chairs will also be available. Bring a water bottle. This is in partnership with Northumberland Hills Hospital Community Mental Health Services.
